These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website voicealloy.com (the "Website"), operated by Voice Alloy, and any related services provided by Voice Alloy (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or utilizing the Website, you, the User, hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by the entirety of these Terms of Service. If you do not concur with any provision of this Agreement, you must forthwith cease all use of the Website.

VOICE ALLOY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. 5.2. 6. Termination

6.1. Voice Alloy reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate a User's access to all or any part of the Website and Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. 6.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Website shall immediately cease. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Governing Law

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Voice Alloy is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Voice Alloy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, Voice Alloy will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Voice Alloy's sole discretion. 8.2. Continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.
